Compassionate Care at the Heart of the Community
This year marks a special milestone for Aceso Homecare, a local, family-run home care company proudly serving the people of Cheshire East. As they approach their 10th anniversary, Aceso continues to uphold its founding commitment: to deliver exceptional, compassionate care, the kind you’d want for your own family.
Established in 2015 after a loved one’s need for long-term care, Aceso was born out of lived experience and a desire to do better. From the very beginning, the guiding principle was simple but powerful: provide care of such a high standard that it would be good enough for your own nearest and dearest.
Today, that ethos remains at the heart of everything Aceso does. Led by Registered Manager Nicole Griffiths, the dedicated care team ensures that every client receives not only the support they need, but also the kindness and dignity they deserve. From short daily visits to live-in care, each service is tailored to the individual, because no two clients are the same.
Aceso delivers a wide range of home care services across Congleton and its surrounding areas, including Astbury, Hightown, Mossley, Buglawton, West Heath and central Congleton.
Services include:
• Dementia and Elderly Care
• Personal Care and Companionship
• Palliative and Respite Support
• Live-in Care and Overnight Stays
• Reablement and Rehabilitation
• Support for Adults with Disabilities.
Whether it’s assisting older adults to stay comfortably in their own homes, or supporting younger adults with disabilities to live independently, Aceso’s flexible, person-centred care makes a genuine difference to everyday lives.
And it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
In 2024, Aceso Homecare was Highly Commended at the GB Care Awards, and has also earned a CQC rating of ‘Good’ with ‘Outstanding’ in Caring, a testament to the dedication of the entire team.
Looking ahead, Aceso’s plans are to continue expanding their award-winning services throughout Congleton and beyond. They are also actively recruiting and encourage anyone with a passion for helping others to consider joining their friendly and supportive team.
If you or a loved one could benefit from home care, the best place to start is with a free, no-obligation care consultation. Aceso’s team will take the time to understand your needs and advise on the most suitable options, because care should never be one-size-fits-all.
